Reservations & Payments

• Provisional bookings will be held according to the terms outlined in your offer.

• Additional charges apply for extra guests.

• A confirmation invoice will be issued upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

• Full payment (100%) must be completed on or two days before arrival.

• Bookings will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following charges will apply based on the notice period provided:

• More than 60 days before the booking date: 10% of the total cost will be charged.

• 45 to 60 days before the booking date: 25% of the total cost will be charged.

• 30 to 44 days before the booking date: 40% of the total cost will be charged.

• 22 to 29 days before the booking date: 75% of the total cost will be charged.

• 21 days or less before arrival, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total cost will be charged.

We provide self-catering accommodation, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience. For added comfort, private chefs can be arranged upon request at an additional cost, depending on the number of guests.

Absolutely! We have baby cots and highchairs available to make your little one’s stay just as comfortable as yours.

Check-in is from noon, with early check-in available upon request and subject to availability. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, and late check-out may also be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Yes, transfers can be arranged for you at an extra fee.
